2. Purposes and legal basis of processing

We process your personal data exclusively for the purpose of the application process (Section 26 (1) BDSG, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR). If you give us your express consent to store your data in our talent pool beyond the specific application process, this will be done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

 

3. Types of data processed

We process all data that you provide to us in the context of your application, in particular:

 

• First and last name, contact details

• Resume, cover letter, references, photo (if applicable)

• Information about qualifications, professional experience, salary expectations

• Communication data during the application process

 

4. Recipients of the data

Your data will be processed exclusively by internal contact persons (e.g., HR department, specialist department, management). Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

 

5. Storage period

Your application documents will be deleted no later than 6 months after the application process has been completed, unless you are hired or there is a legal obligation to retain them.

If you consent to being included in our talent pool, we will store your data for a maximum of 12 months. You can revoke your consent at any time.

You have the right at any time to:

• Information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)

• Correction of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)

• Deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)

• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

• Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

• Complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

7. Obligation to provide data

The provision of your personal data is necessary for the application process. Without this data, we will unfortunately not be able to consider your application.
