Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Warehouse Logistics • Full-time • Permanent • Location: Schwäbisch Hall

At ARUSO-PLAST, our modern production and smooth internal processes ensure that our precision plastic injection-molded parts arrive exactly where they’re needed – on time and in top quality.
We’re looking for a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) with strong organizational skills, reliability, and team spirit – someone who keeps materials and goods moving to the right place at the right time, even when things get busy.

Join our warehouse team and help us manage material flows efficiently and keep our production running reliable

Your Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing and loading goods
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, including storage
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Supporting internal material logistics between warehouse and production
  • Maintaining inventory data (Office / ERP system)

What You Bring

  • Completed training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Career changers welcome with relevant experience and motivation
  • Physically fit and accurate in your work
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office; ERP system experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B) required
  • Good command of German, spoken and written

Plastics and Rubber Technologist (m/f/d)

Injection Molding • Full-Time • 2-Shift Operation • Location: Schwäbisch Hall

You enjoy seeing machines run exactly the way they should — and you have a strong feel for technology and plastics? Then become part of our team at ARUSO-PLAST!

We are looking for a Plastics and Rubber Technologist (m/f/d) who brings experience, responsibility, and team spirit to keep our injection molding production running — even when things get busy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Setting up injection molding machines, molds, and peripheral equipment
  • Performing maintenance, cleaning, and minor repair work
  • Conducting in-process inspections and quality checks
  • Ensuring material supply for the machines and adherence to process parameters
  • Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing production processes

What You Bring

  • Completed vocational training as a Plastics and Rubber Technologist
  • Professional experience in setting up and operating injection molding machines and related systems
  • Independent and well-structured way of working
  • Strong knowledge in processing plastic granulates, defining process parameters, and troubleshooting molding defects
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system; occasional night shifts may apply
  • Reliability and enjoyment of working in a team
  • Good German language skills (spoken and written)
